I'm back baby...

So Colour change can be quite tricky, especially when you're going from one extreme to another. And when you are doing it in someone's kitchen!

Before and after

Here are some before, during and after pictures and information, showing the process...

As you can see it's very damaged bleached hair....
It's been completely over processed.
The first stage is to add as much pigment into the hair as possible. The reason for this is because the hair has been striped of it's natural pigment due to continuous over lightening or bleaching.

I start by pre colouring with red pigment, insuring the product is completely saturating all the coloured chemically processed hair from root to tip. I then dry the red colour pigment into the hair.

I then place foils, using a very golden blonde base Tint with gold concentrate as my choice of colour. Again I want to add as much colour into the hair as possible.

In between the foils I apply an all over Tint, using a very warm golden chestnut brown.

leave to develop

Then after a very intensive strengthening treatment, a good hair cut and blow dry. You're left with this...

All in different lighting...

JOB DONE!
